Defeathering process of chicken plucker machine :

1. Put the slaughtered poultry into the hot water of 65-80°C, for scalding uniformly .

2. Then , turn on the machine . About 10 seconds , unlock the water faucet , to washing the chickenfeather or ginger skin out . 

3. At last , stop machine , and take out the products ,so it is ok . 

In the normal time , for pluckering the chicken feather it only needs about 30 seconds.
